The Mylène SalesApp is a supporting tool to help Mylène consultants with their commercial activities for the company Mylène NV. It may be used by Mylène consultants working in both the Beauty and Home departments. The Mylène SalesApp works offline: in other words, no internet is required at the Home Party itself.

Using the Mylène SalesApp Mylène consultants can easily record and process the orders received at Home Parties. Plenty of time is saved and there is less margin for error due to the fact that orders are processed automatically. The Mylène SalesApp also allows the current prices, promotions, stocks and product information to be checked efficiently for the various Mylène items. This SalesApp also simplifies the set-up, creation and management of new Home Parties, as well as offering a practical overview of previous Home Parties. In addtion the SalesApp allows hostess gifts and percentages to be consulted and established. You can log in with the same details as with Emyl: client data – for both existing and new clients – can be easily added, updated and checked.

With the Mylène SalesApp only operating as a means of support, there are still a number of tasks which need completing by the Mylène consultant. This means that each Mylène consultant remains responsible for managing the correct payment of purchased items, as this function is not integrated in the SalesApp. The Mylène consultant is also responsible for getting clients to place their signature on the order form. Indeed, the order form can only be considered as a valid agreement when it is signed by the client. It is also the consultant’s task to talk clients through the hostess benefits and gifts. Finally it is up to the consultant to gain experience from Home Parties and use this experience to become increasingly professional.
